2.1.The State of Vermont is looking for a well-qualified firm (preferably an established Pega Partner) that can provide operations and maintenance (O&M) support for the System and undertake future projects to enhance the System. We are interested in obtaining bids for the O&M work and a rate card for the enhancement work, that enables the state to meet the following business need(s): 2.1.1. Manage the development, quality assurance, maintenance and support activities; 2.1.2. Migrate content from the existing third-party data repository to a vendor supported storage solution; 2.1.3. O&M activities that provide software maintenance, quality assurance, and support of the existing software application, to include modifications or updates to existing functionality to correct any errors that cause software malfunctions; 2.1.4. O&M activities that implement frequent routine changes in the State regulatory environment; 2.1.5. A rate card for implementing changes to UI/UX that elevates the System to WCAG 2.1 Level AA compliance; 2.1.6. A rate card for enhancement work to develop, manage and support API’s to meet secure automated data sharing requirements with State partners and private entities. 2.1.7. A rate card for performing UI/UX development to enhance efficiency and usability for internal/external users; 2.1.8. A rate card for enhancement work to implement more complex changes in the State regulatory environment, including onboarding of new licensed professions and programs; 2.1.9. A rate card for enhancement work to implement improvements to System reporting capabilities that will deliver better data products; 2.1.10. A rate card for enhancement work to evaluate the existing enforcement module and implement improvements, as needed; and, 2.1.11. A rate card for enhancement work involving analysis, design and software development of new features, capabilities, and functions as may be determined and required by the State to support current and near future operations; Items 2.1.1 through 2.1.4 should be included in your bid price while items 2.1.5 through 2.1.11 will be defined in the future and executed through additional SOWs or contract modifications and priced based on a rate card to be included in your bid.
