Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Contact each school’s administration to initiate activities and schedule the on-site portion of the stormwater assessment. See the list of schools below. a. Ask each school whether they have a local partner to help with stormwater issues and whether they would like that local partner to be part of early discussions on this assessment. 2. Develop a template of the Stormwater Assessment Report and plan that includes (as described above) a description of the site plan, drawing, or comparable document, that will organize the reporting of the information compiled at each school as part of this Scope of Work. Submit this information to DEC for approval of the content and general format. For continuity, each school’s assessment will be reported using the approved format – one report and plan per school.
