General Information Regarding: Special Education Process; IEP Development; 504 Guidelines. 2) Parent /Professional collaboration /relationship strategies within educational setting. The selected bidder will research evidenced based strategies for parent professional collaboration and prepare a summary with research based citations for review and selection by the VT AOE assigned personnel. 3) Parent participation in special education monitoring visits as requested by State Director of Special Education. The successful proposal(s) will demonstrate, via a cover letter, project proposal, corresponding budget and affiliated resumes regarding the depth and breadth of the bidders applied work experience that is aligned with the preceding scope of work.
