Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Office of Purchasing & Contracting on behalf of the Department of Human Resources, is soliciting competitive, fixed price proposals to: •Gather, evaluate and document business requirements and workflows for the Department of Human Resources (DHR) Oracle PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) system •Create a list of customizations in the HCM system using an appropriate methodology such as “Compare” and facilitate a review of each customization to assess whether the requirement is necessary •Complete a fit gap analysis of the functional requirements to Oracle PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 •Develop recommendations for the upgrade of Oracle PeopleSoft HCM Platform from version 9.1 to 9.2 •Develop recommendations for Recruitment •Develop recommendations for the ongoing support model for the HCM platform to ensure sustainability •Develop the RFP package for implementing the PeopleSoft HCM upgrade and possibly a second RFP for the Recruitment solution. The successful outcome of this work effort is to create an “implementation RFP Package” to 1.) Upgrade the current HCM portion of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system from Oracle PeopleSoft 9.1 to 9.2 and 2.) Find the best solution for the recruitment portion of the HCM. The package will include comprehensive “to-be” business requirements and workflows of the DHR HCM with an eye toward innovation. The successful vendor(s) will have functional experience in HCM functions, Oracle PeopleSoft and have an established methodology for identifying the best solution for Recruitment
