The required tasks for the consultant selected through this Request for Proposals include: 1) Site Identification: Using the above criteria, the consultant shall identify at least five sites within Lamoille County as potential locations for a newly constructed RCT facility. 2) Site Summary: For each site identified in Task 1, the consultant shall prepare a narrative summary that describes the site attributes, including location, road access, topography/natural elements, utility availability, zoning, potential risks, acquisition costs, and any other available information applicable to RCT’s intended use. The summary for each site shall also include at least three photographs of the site and a map showing its exact location. 3) Site Evaluation Matrix: The consultant shall prepare an evaluation matrix that compares all of the sites identified in Task 1. The matrix shall assign numerical scores to each of the sites for the following elements: Ease of access, Ease of development, and Ease of Acquisition. 4) Presentation of Options: The consultant shall meet with RCT staff and/or Board members to review and explain the results of the Site Identification Study within one month of the completion of Tasks 1-3.
