2.7.1 Furnish all consumable paper products, hand soap, associated dispensers, janitorial equipment, and cleaning supplies. 2.7.2 Perform janitorial duties daily, weekly, quarterly, annually, and as necessary as outlined in the Scope of Work. 2.7.3 Perform all janitorial duties necessary to maintain a clean, neat, and professional office space. 2.7.4 Respond to communications within 24 hours of being sent by the State of Vermont. 2.7.5 Ensure caution signs are displayed when cleaning floors in an area where people other than contract personnel are, or will be present, before the floors are dry. 2.7.6 Notify the State representative if work cannot be performed to standards herein due to inaccessible, damaged or defective surfaces, or materials. 2.7.7 Repair and/or replace of fixtures, dispensers, glass, lights, and other items damaged by contractor. The cost of repair and/or replacementshall be the responsibility of the contractor and items shall be repaired or replaced to the satisfaction of the state representative. Responsibility will be determined by the contract manager. 2.7.8 Securely maintain all keys and access codes provided by the state. The Contractor shall not share state keys or access codes. State representatives will provide keys and access codes to all the buildings and the dumpsters. The Contractor shall return all state issued keys when the contract ends.
