The Scope of Work of the Base Bid of this Contract shall include providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supplies and supervision necessary to complete the specified janitorial services at: 1. Town Office Building – 781 Blakely Road 2. Police Department – 835 Blakely Road 3. Burnham Memorial Library – 898 Main Street 4. Colchester Meeting House – 830 Main Street 5. Bayside Activity Center - 36 Blakely Road 6. Rescue – 687 Blakely Road 7. Town Garage – 711 Blakely Road 8. Airport Park Maintenance Facility - 500 Colchester Point Road The total price provided on the Bid Schedule for each item, shall include all equipment and supplies necessary to complete the tasks. Contractor shall supply: All necessary equipment to complete the specified services. All cleaning products. All soap and soap dispensers for bathrooms. All paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and liners) All cleaning materials must be stored and kept locked in the designated janitorial closet or storage space for each facility. This includes the SDS sheets provided by the contractor to be maintained and updated by the contractor as necessary.
