Specifications include, but are not limited to: Hooklift attachments and snow plow that are to be installed on a cab and chassis unit that will be furnished by the City of Lynchburg. The cab and chassis will be drop-shipped direct to the vendor successful under these specifications B. The hooklift to include a hydraulically operated hooklift, dump body, flat bed body, chemical spreader, and extra sub-frame (option) C. The hooklift, dump body, flat bed body, chemical spreader and snowplow shall be installed complete on furnished chassis and delivered ready to operate when received D. Finished unit will be used for: grounds maintenance operations to include transportation of landscape material and equipment and snow removal operations E. Cab and chassis being furnished by the City is a 17,950 GVWR Ford F550 with standard cab, 4WD, 84" cab to axle and 165" wheelbase
