Specifications include, but are not limited to: The training objectives shall include the following: o Gain an understanding of discrimination/bullying/harassment as well as protected classes, implicit bias, social identity, and privilege o Gain an understanding of systems of oppression that negatively impact people o Gain an understanding of bullying behavior – why it exists and what it means o Gain insight into behaviors individuals may innocently demonstrate that may send the wrong message o Gain an understanding of what causes people to engage in discrimination/bulling/harassment in the workplace o Gain an understanding of why discrimination/bulling/harassment is so prevalent in healthcare specifically and the impact it has on the healthcare environment, hospital culture, and patient care
