Specifications include, but are not limited to: Qualified and experienced vendors competent to deliver cybersecurity consultation and training services to the defense industries within the New England States. Example key activities under this effort include, but are not limited to: • Development and refinement of the Assessment Framework • Outreach and marketing activities, to include hosting of information and awareness sessions • Enrollment of SMEs in assessments from participant pool • Conduct on-site and/or remote Assessments with SMMs, based on SME availability – targeting completion of the projected assessments within weeks of awareness sessions. Note that SMEs will determine the pace and schedule for the assessments. If eligible SMEs are identified outside the workshops, an assessment can be started at any time within the overall project start and end dates • Compile individual SMEs Assessment Summaries within weeks of completing an assessment.
