Attend one-day conservation training in February 2026 to meet cohort members, understand project goals and producer concerns, and contribute expertise on branding, storytelling, and online engagement. Meet one-on-one with each of the four producers (with OCNRCD staff present) to conduct brand and mission interviews that identify with conservation values, farm identity, and story themes. Develop an outline of a conservation-driven marketing plan for each farm, including verbal and visual branding recommendations tied to their mission and conservation work. Create a farm-specific conservation webpage for each of the four farms (built on existing websites or using agreed-upon platforms). Develop a social media strategy for each farm, including recommended posting schedules, content types, and messaging pillars. Produce media content for each farm, including a short video and a curated set of photos highlighting conservation practices, stewardship ethos, and farm identity. Provide guidance on the development of at least six Facebook/Instagram post templates or ready-made posts per farm. Assist in the development of a two-sided guide sheet on “Best Management Practices for Social Media for Agricultural Conservation Storytelling.” Support OCNRCD in launching the NEK Conservation Farmer Facebook Group in September 2026. Ensure all deliverables are aligned with project goals, conservation science and accurately represent the producer’s work.
