1.1. Professional cleaning of the Chimney Point State Historic Site in Addison, Vermont, including: • Public and staff restrooms; • Museum, and work areas, to ensure the stewardship of the historic property, exhibits, and museum as a whole, and for public benefit. 1.2. Services shall include thorough spring cleaning before site opens for the season, including washing windows, interior cleaning, cleaning of main porch, and assistance as needed with doors and air-conditioners. 1.3. Cleaning supplies and materials will be provided by the State. 1.4. During the open season (expected to be late May to mid-October), generally once a week cleaning (outside of days and hours the site is open to the public), including: • Cleaning and re-stocking public and staff restrooms (with site-provided towels, soap, and toilet tissue); • Sweeping, vacuuming, and/or mopping all interior floors; dusting and/or wiping surfaces; • Removing trash and recycling and placing in trash and recycling toters in garbage room; • Appropriately cleaning exhibits and cases; • Cleaning of staff areas; • Periodic cleaning of back upstairs hallways; • Once yearly vacuum cleaning in attic; • Twice in a season cleaning of education building; • Cleaning porch furniture as needed;
