Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor Project Management and Support Contractor shall perform the activities and submit the deliverables as described in Section 6.1.1 using State templates for the foregoing, unless otherwise approved by the State. The State Project Manager shall be responsible for the review and acceptance of these deliverables. The Contractor shall follow project management methodologies as directed by the State and that are consistent with the Project Management Institute’s (PMI) Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) Guide and/or Agile project management. The State follows the EPMO Project Lifecycle, which is a hybrid lifecycle. The lifecycle leverages Agile principles and practices, particularly during the implementation phase. 6.1.1 Contractor’s Project Manager Contractor will designate an individual to serve as the “Contractor Project Manager” who will: (i) be a senior employee within Contractor’s organization, with the information, authority and resources available to properly discharge the responsibilities required hereunder; (ii) serve as primary point of contact and the single-point of accountability and responsibility for all Contract-related questions and issues and the provision of Services by Contractor; (iii) have day-to-day responsibility for, and authority to manage, State customer satisfaction; (iv) devote full time and dedicated efforts to managing and coordinating the Services; and (v) be located at State Facilities or such other appropriate location as Contractor and the State may mutually agree. As a part of their project management duties, the Contractor Project Manager will attend an agreed upon number of informational and status meetings and, when appropriate, call and lead such meetings. Such meetings may include the Project Management Team, the Contract Administrator, other consultants, elected officials, and other stakeholders as designated by the State. The Contractor Project Manager shall work directly with the State Project Manager to define, manage, and control the project scope, timeline, issue escalation and resolution processes. Contractor shall deliver written status reports on a weekly basis. Contractor staff will complete the activities recognized in the EPMO Project Lifecycle and will produce project deliverables according to same, and Microsoft Office products in v2016 or newer (Word, Excel, Project, Visio, etc.), and Adobe PDF, or other formats as acceptable to the State.
