Specifications include, but are not limited to:The City is looking in general for the following features to be included in the proposal’s scope of work: 1) Card control management 2) Internet-based monitoring 3) 24/7 monitoring 4) Limit access to individuals 5) Door scheduling management 6) Holiday scheduling management 7) Unlimited number of doors and users 8) Alarm capabilities 9) Emergency lock down capabilities 10) Automatic upgrades 11) Scheduled and customizable reports 12) Email notifications 13) Report availability on smartphones 14) Available company based help and support lines 15) Video surveillance (at Police Department and DPW) 16) Professional installation 17) Perform work in accordance with applicable rules, regulations, codes, and ordinances of local, state and federal authorities, and in accordance with the requirements of public utility corporations having jurisdiction over the work. 18) Obtain and pay for necessary permits, licenses and certificates and give notices as required during the performance of the work. 19) Coordinate work with CIP Manager to minimize discomfort and displacement of employees in both buildings, create best efficiencies possible. The building will be occupied at all times during this contract
