I. Provide a copy of current vehicle registration, and a written statement signed by the authorized signatory certifying that the vehicle being replaced is operational, has been in normal active use, and has a current valid Vermont inspection certificate; II. Provide a written statement signed by the authorized signatory estimating the remaining useful life of the vehicle approved for replacement, documenting how the remaining useful life was estimated and what information was used to support the estimate; III. Follow Grantee’s established procedure for selecting a vendor(s) for the purchase of the replacement vehicle (and associated charging equipment) powered by a new all-electric motor, with the model year in which the replacement occurs or one model year prior, and with a similar gross vehicle weight rating, thus remaining within the weight class of the vehicle being replaced, if similar vehicle in weight class is available; IV. Provide a written statement signed by the authorized signatory certifying that the replacement vehicle represents a like-for-like replacement, resembles the replaced vehicle in form and function, and will operate at least 80% of the time in Vermont; V. Provide a written commitment to provide required annual post-project reporting, signed by the authorized signatory, as described in the Grant Agreement
