This RFP may result in contract agreements with multiple contractors depending on the proposals that are received. As needed, contractors will be asked to provide a proposal, the Work Plan Cost Estimate (WPCE), to the State for individual projects to support the state in assisting municipalities or other government entities in substantial damage assistance tasks after a major flood. The contractor will be responsible for providing vehicles necessary to get to assisted communities. All contractor staff will provide their own safety clothing, equipment and materials (e.g. Personal Protective Equipment) necessary to perform the assigned tasks. All contractor staff will have a personal photo identification badge to wear during inspections (either provided by employer, State Floodplain Management program or community). The WPCE must contain: 1. Period of performance 2. Scope of Work, tasks to be completed 3. Cost Table, to include itemized labor in tasks, rate/quantity, and cost 4. Identify assigned staff to complete aspects of the SOW tasks
