1. Delivery of an estimated aggregate of 15,505 gallons of Liquefied Petroleum Gas delivered to locations and quantities required as identified Attachment A. Delivery shall be made on an automatic basis as determined by usage. However, special delivery requests shall be allowed and delivery made within 24 hours of the request. Any additional charges for special delivery or other vendor charges shall be identified in the bid price form. 2. It is the responsibility of the proposer to familiarize themselves with the location and size of all tanks in Attachment A and it is the proposer’s responsibility to coordinate the removal/installation or transfer of ownership with the current supplier. Any proposed changes in the location or size of the tanks are to be clearly identified in the proposal. The Town of Hartford reserves the right to determine the final size and location of the tanks. If there is a cost associated with the removal/installation of tanks please indicate the cost on the Bid Form.
