DT2605 - CM/GC for Weber School District Career and Technical Education Catalyst Center

The Weber School District intends to build a new building adjacent to the Weber Innovation Center on 12th Street in Ogden. The total square footage of the building is anticipated to be 40,000, with an estimated cost of $20 million which will include FF&E.  The successful CM/GC will work with the architect and the District planning team to determine the budget, space/areas, and educational programs that will be accommodated in the new CTE Center, which is anticipated to serve high school students throughout the Weber School District.
