The University of Utah (U Facilities) is soliciting the services of qualified firms/individuals to perform design services for the following project:

Project Description:
Full design/construction bid documents. Bidding support, construction admin, equipment coordination
Construction Budget: $1,660,128.00
The selection shall be under the Value Based Selection method. The Solicitation for A/E Services documents, including the proposal requirements and the selection criteria and Project Schedule, will be available at 1:00 PM on March 17, 2025 on the BidNet Direct website. A MANDATORY Pre-Proposal Meeting and Site Visit will NOT be held for this project.
*Proposal dates for the required references, management plans, statements of qualifications, and interviews will be based on the Project Schedule included in the Solicitation for A/E Services.
