Description

The University of Utah (University) on behalf of Utah Education and Telehealth Network (UETN) is seeking Cisco SmartNet services (Vendor). Proposed items or systems must be able to provide services as described in the attached scope of work and minimum specifications.

Utah Education and Telehealth Network (UETN) is requesting bids for Cisco SmartNet coverage for Telepresence endpoints, cameras, and infrastructure. The bid should include pricing for the attached spreadsheet line items. Bidders should not include peripheral equipment not listed, i.e. touch panels, microphones, etc. Bidders must be Cisco authorized reseller Gold Partner.

Please provide a quote for service pricing for a three (3) year term

1095 days starting on 7/1/2025 ending 6/30/2028.

The actual service request must be under a Cisco SmartNet contract and not vendor branded contract. Service contract must include 24 hour turn-around for RMAs.

UETN reserves the right to:

Disqualify any proposal for not following the instructions of this IFB.
Award the IFB in part or to not award the IFB.
Remove and/or add line items prior to actual award.
Remove and/or add items throughout the duration of the contract as old equipment is retired and new equipment is brought online. Refund/credit is expected within 95 days of contract item removal notification.
