Specifications include, but are not limited to: The County is seeking human resources and payroll software to be used as part of its human resources and payroll processes. This project is to replace all or some of the current HR and Payroll software systems used by the County with an integrated product that works smoothly between modules. The HR and Payroll Software should include a user-friendly interface (dashboard) including the following modules: • recruiting • on-boarding • human resource management Description • timekeeping • payroll • position control • employee self-service The proposed solution must be able to transition payroll information to the County's current financial software Munis. Installation, transfer of data from old system, ongoing updates, training, maintenance, and ongoing technical support will be expected.
