asynchronous learning, class registration, human resource monitoring, reporting and more.
The vendor should be a stand-alone system administered by Utah court employees that does not require administrative
assistance from the vendor. Must is a Google platform with Zoom compatibility the Court wants to use. The courts need an
extremely intuitive based Learning Management System for the e-learning users. It should be compatible with all types of smart
devises. It easily allows testing of students comprehension of learning objectives, tracking of students’ professional
development/learning and produces reports regarding same. It allows face-to-face, one on one instruction and tutorials for
group learning. It has enrollment and enrollment tracking capability. The vendor should easily allow inexperienced e-learning
administrators to develop online courses, tests’ grading and tracking. It should allow sharing of text, images, audio, video
URL’s in slides or attachments that learners can download. It should support SCORM/AICC uploads and Powerpoint. It should
allow Court administrators and individual learners to compare individual learners’ scores with the aggregate retention rate of
those learners similarly situated by group. It also should allow effective blended learning and support multiple web conferencing
apps.The vendor should provides class listings and ability to enroll individuals into the individual classes. It will support
multiple on-boarding needs of the courts, including but not limited to on-boarding timelines and tracking timely completion of
critical on-boarding tasks , display myriad HR policies and benefits.
