The vendor should easily allow inexperienced e-learning administrators to develop online courses, tests’ grading and tracking. It should allow sharing of text, images, audio, video URL’s in slides or attachments that learners can download. It should support SCORM/AICC uploads and Powerpoint. It should allow Court administrators and individual learners to compare individual learners’ scores with the aggregate retention rate of those learners similarly situated by group. It also should allow effective blended learning and support multiple web conferencing apps.The vendor should provides class listings and ability to enroll individuals into the individual classes.
