Specifications include, but are not limited to: The vendor will plan large-scale (150+ participants) and small-scale (less than 150 participants) professional development events (in-person, synchronous and asynchronous online, and modules, etc.). The vendor will subcontract (including scope of work) with national and instate presenters (including all costs for travel, per diem, presentation planning and speaker fees, etc.) and vet content to align with the desired message and outcomes. The contactor will pay for every cost related to the event, except the time of the USBE staff who collaborate to provide and/or attend the event, events up front and then bill USBE for reimbursement. This includes participate support costs, which are stipends, travel reimbursements, lodging/hotels, per diem, and flights as appropriate, etc. The vendor will provide event attendees with online access including on devices to event details, including venue maps, parking information, presenter bios, and presentation materials, etc. The vendor will use the USBE MIDAS online registration and continuing education credit tracking system for all events. The vendor will ensure all events have necessary technology (appropriate wifi connections, audio, video, live streaming, archiving and online posting, etc.) to support the success of the event. The vendor will work with the USBE staff to determine where the events need to be provided across that state and then organize as many sections of each event regionally as the USBE staff determine appropriate.
