Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Integration with Tyler Munis version 2019.1 and later for the set-up and maintenance of employee information including job information and accruals as well as sending the accumulated hours for payroll processing. 2. The system should be easy to use and understand for all end users and include the ability to see totals of time on a weekly and biweekly basis, totals by types of time (worked vs leave), ability to track additional pays such as on-call. 3. Ability to record time daily for non-exempt hourly rate employees by punching in and out of a clock. We expect to use both physical time clocks that are linked with the application as well as an interface that employees can login (web page). For the physical clocks, we’re expecting to clock in and out with the use of proximity cards.
