Specifications include, but are not limited to: Salt Lake County, on behalf of Flood Control Engineering, “County” is soliciting proposals from qualified firms “Proposer / Contractor” to assist the County in the development, administration and evaluation of the Public Information and Outreach plan required by the Utah Pollution Discharge Elimination System (UPDES) permit. (See Exhibit #A) The Salt Lake County Stormwater Coalition, a Coalition of all municipalities in Salt Lake County, has the responsibility of meeting most of the criteria of Minimum Control Measures (MCM’s) one and two of the Jordan Valley Joint UPDES Permit. These MCM’s cover Public Information, Education and Outreach (PIE) responsibilities of the Municipalities. Estimated annual budget is $45,000 - $60,000 for the resulting Contract.
