Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Consultant shall provide draft audit reports to City managers responsible for the program audited and to the Council’s audit subcommittee. Consultant shall attend meetings of the Council’s audit subcommittee when audit reports are discussed to make short oral presentations or respond to the committee members’ questions. B. Consultant shall provide twenty-five (25) copies of final audit reports. C. Each audit report shall include an executive summary, background, observations, recommendation, and management’s response unless management declines to provide a written response. D. Consultant shall meet with the Council to present each audit report. E. If authorized in writing by the Council Chair, Consultant shall give duly authorized representatives of City access to, and the right to examine, any notes, working papers, statements and other documentation prepared in connection with Consultant’s performance. Work papers shall be retained for a period of three (3) years after the completion of the audit.
