Specifications include, but are not limited to: Concessionaire shall: A. At a minimum. be open to the public during the same operational hours as the South Mountain Pro Shop, to ensure quality service and an enjoyable experience to the golfing public. B. Have a full-time manager on the premises during regular operating hours as a point-of-contact and one being authorized to conduct daily Business for the Contractor. C. Operate and manage the fountain kitchen area, snack bar, patio, restaurant area and pavillion area. It is important that the concession be maintained and operated in a manner keeping with highest standards of food service and quality. The services to be provided shall include, but not necessarily be limited to, preparation and sales of light foods, sandwiches and beverages, to include beer, subject to the restrictions of any applicable State or local statutes presently enacted, or which may be enacted. Services shall also include the sale of candy, gum and similar items. D. Secure, at Concessionaire’s own cost and risk, the necessary licensing to sell alcohol.
