Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contractor(s) must provide, at a minimum, Security Guard services, including but not limited to: I. Implement and enforce access control policies and procedures; greet, check-in, screen, direct and escort employees, tenants, visitors, and vendors are outlined in the Determined Location’s Attachment E – Post Order (or eligible user’s equivalent post order) II. Recognize and respond to security threats, active shooter situations and/or breaches as outlined in the Determined Location’s Attachment E – Post Order (or eligible user’s equivalent Post Order). III. Recognize and respond to emergency situations and safety hazards such as fire alarms, power outages, and medical emergencies as outlined in the Determined Location’s Attachment E Post Order (or eligible user’s equivalent Post Order). IV. Test and operate security equipment such as x-ray machines, metal detectors, panic alarms, and security breach alarms as outlined in the Determined Location’s Attachment E Post Order (or eligible user’s equivalent Post Order). V. Prepare and maintain logs and reports of any activity, incident, or emergency response as outlined in the Determined Location’s Attachment E Post Order (or eligible user’s equivalent Post Order). VI. Notify and coordinate with appropriate law enforcement and emergency agencies as outlined in the Determined Location’s Attachment E Post Order (or eligible user’s equivalent Post Order). VII. React to any Alarm Response in accordance with the Determined Location’s Attachment E Post Order (or eligible user’s equivalent Post Order).
