Specifications include, but are not limited to: Task 1 – Project Coordination This task includes all work necessary to coordinate with all organizations or individuals having some kind of impact or involvement. Some of the organizations may include, but may not be limited to the following: Clearfield City, State of Utah Department of Environmental Quality Division of Drinking Water. . Task 2 – Preliminary investigation This task includes securing any needed and available system mapping and modeling, review City sewer maps. Maps indicating potential land use based on the City’s Master Plan, Wasatch Front Regional Council (WFRC), and the city’s Form Base Code (FBC). The review will determine what additional information will be required for the capacity study. Task 3 – Field investigation This task includes all steps necessary to gather needed information to conduct an analysis of the system. This may include, but is not necessarily limited to, metering, measuring, surveying, etc.
