Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Assist SLCDA in preparing and submitting to the Utah Division of Air Quality (DAQ) permit applications including, but not limited to Notices of Intent, Approval Orders, Operating Permits, Conformity Analyses, and Construction Emissions (actual and/or projected). B. Assist SLCDA in submitting the DAQ Annual Air Emissions Inventory, the Peak Ozone Emissions Inventory, and any other emissions inventories as required by state or federal regulations.C. Perform air dispersion modeling as required by DAQ, Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), or other governmental agencies, using models required and/or acceptable by these agencies.D. Perform ambient air quality modeling.E. Perform air emissions Conformity Analysis as required by FAA under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).F. Assist SLCDA in other areas of air monitoring and air quality, including both indoor and outdoor air quality including air sampling and analysis, as needed. G. Provide a summary report to SLCDA of all test results performed on Federally funded (A.I.P.) projects, along with a complete explanation of any test results which are out of specification and the action taken, prior to final project inspection. The summary report shall use forms pre-approved in writing by SLCDA. These forms may be changed by the FAA from time to time. SLCDA will notify the Consultant of such changes.H. Provide other related consulting services upon request by SLCDA.
