Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Stands are not vented to the outside, therefore any type of grilling or deep frying is not allowed 2. Concession stand times a. Must have concession stand(s) opened 30 minutes prior to the start time of the event b. Must remain open at all times during the event, unless direct by SVC staff c. Must keep concession stand(s) opened until 30 minutes before the close of the event 3. The College/SVC is under contract with Pepsi and ALL drinks and water sold at the SVC must be Pepsi brand. The vendor will be responsible for their own pricing and service contract with Pepsi. 4. The College reserves the right to inspect all dining areas, kitchen and food preparation areas, storage areas, offices, and any other space under the control of the contractor at any time, with or without notice.
