Specifications include, but are not limited to: Salt Lake County is looking for highly qualified professional firms to provide voluntary group legal services to its employees. The County currently offers a group legal plan, with participation estimated around 823 employees. Currently the plan is offered to full and part-time employees, but the County would entertain offering to temporary or retired employees if Contractor chooses to do so. The County is unable to guarantee number of participants. Important requirements include: 1. Prepare for payroll deduction functionality with HR Benefits Manager and Information Services by September 30, 2020 2. Provide open enrollment marketing materials for annual benefit fairs in October. Attend two benefit fairs at a minimum. 3. Allow for biweekly payroll premium schedule for employees 4. Attend a quarterly performance meeting with the HR Benefits Manager
