Specifications include, but are not limited to: Electrical contractors must be able to meet the requirements to provide the listed services at the UDOT Region 4 facilities. Contractor shall be deployed to: install, maintain, repair, and service all projects related to new construction, remodeling, and updating all electrical components and wiring. Contractors shall be responsible for all personal equipment including but not limited to: Cones Signs Tape to seal off work areas Contractors shall be awarded projects on the AVL based on the following priorities: Proximity to the proposed project In the event that two vendors are equidistant to project the vendor with the lower hourly rate for licensed journeyman shall be notified of the project. Availability If contractor is unable to begin proposed project in reasonable amount of time the next closest vendor shall be notified of project. UDOT shall not be responsible for damaged or stolen items/tools. Contractor shall have financial capacity to obtain products and/or services to complete the project without payment advances. Contractor shall provide manufacturer’s warranty on all services and products provided. Contractor shall maintain a high professional standard while on state property.
