The Pearson SIFWorks VRF Software was procured as a modified COTS solution under solicitation PR10026 and contract number 116230. The Pearson SIFWorks VRF Software controls the reporting and report consolidation of School Interoperability Framework (SIF) data between the USBE State Education Agency (SEA), Utah State Local Education Agencies (LEA), and the Pearson SIFWorks Zone Integration Server (ZIS) implementation at USBE. The Pearson SIFWorks VRF in an integral part of the Utah Transcript Exchange (UTREx) application. UTREx Data collections are required in accordance with R277-484 and support required State and Federal data submissions to USBE to meet State and Federal reporting requirements.
