Specifications include, but are not limited to: Project Description: Improve payment access and amount of debts collected by providing pricing for payment kiosks inside and outside of state court/office buildings, IVR phone systems for paying over the phone after call-center hours, and neighborhood payment networks. Objective 1: Provide and service payment kiosk(s) to increase convenient access to payers and reduce the workload of payment window staff. Locations would be both inside and outside of courts and state agency buildings. Please list kiosk service costs within the Attachment C – Cost Proposal Form. Objective 2: Provide payment options for after-hours service and possibly at locations more convenient to debtors who pay in cash or in person. Please list prices for each service separately. Could include IVR, On-line payments site, and/or neighborhood store/business locations. Objective 3: Encourage increased payments by providing a positive customer experience. This could include ease of use or verbiage to help debtors feel comfortable paying remotely. Objective 4: Daily settlement via ACH to state bank accounts identified by participating agencies. Interface with databases and systems of multiple state agencies to both upload new account/user information and download payment information. Examples include communicating with OSDC, State Courts and Departments of Corrections. Notification of amount and time of payment should be reported in a reasonable timeframe. Please identify the time standard you expect to upload new accounts and notify agencies of debt payments. 3rd party contractor is responsible to build the interface between the proposed payment system and state systems.
