Produce and coordinate a statewide media campaign, social marketing activities, and various communication efforts that are carefully researched, developed, evaluated, appropriate for the target audience, and harmonious with the goals of the department. Create and develop advertising, marketing, and public relations efforts for HIV prevention and treatment. Create and develop a customized program website based on sub-program needs. Ensure website is 508 compliant, is AAA rated, and follows all federal regulations. Use sound social marketing principles in the planning and development of campaign messages and materials. Apply market research to create an integrated campaign utilizing traditional and nontraditional media. Create an interactive map of partner organizations, as well as testing and treatment locations. Provide public relation tools including press releases and press kits.
