Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall provide the following: 1. Transport all items requested by User in the agreed upon timeframe. 2. Comply with all federal, state, and municipal laws, rules, and regulations related to the Services provided. 3. Provide serviceable equipment and necessary accessories or devices to provide the Services required by the User and to secure and protect User’s property. 4. Assemble, disassemble and take down and set up furniture, appliances, recreational and non-recreational equipment, if required, for transport and/or moving. Contractor shall indicate in advance of providing any Service, any disconnect requirements for appliances or other equipment. 5. Pad all furniture, appliances, recreational and non-recreational equipment, and areas to avoid damage during the moving process. 6. Pack and unpack items with efficiency and care and in a neat and organized manner and ensure all shipping boxes are easily identifiable. Contractor shall indicate in advance of any move items that Users are responsible to pack and any items that Contractor will not move. 7. Take special care in handling high value and delicate items such as computers, terminals, printers, televisions, laboratory equipment, and other electronic and mechanical equipment. 8. Provide cleanup of all areas involved in providing Services. 9. Provide closed vehicles for transportation of User’s property and ensure all property is protected from inclement weather conditions. 10. Not overload any vehicles. 11. Upon delivery, coordinate with User to verify all items have been delivered on the inventory list prior to sending the invoice. 12. Provide both new and used moving supplies available for purchase by the User.
