Specifications include, but are not limited to: Ogden City Corporation is requesting proposals from a qualified consulting firm to conduct an
evaluation of the City’s current compensation structure (including salary and benefits), job
analysis and job classifications against local, statewide, and national trends. The consulting firm
will develop and implement a report with recommendations to ensure the city has a costeffective, externally competitive, internally equitable total compensation program, and provide
job analysis and job classifications city wide.
