Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide 24 hours per day, 365 days per year technology support of Schools’ technology network (managed service provider):
Operate and maintain the Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN);
Provide 20 hours on-site technical support at each campus each week throughout the length of the contract;
Ability to respond to emergencies and be on-site at any campus within 1 hours of dispatch;
Maintain through technology solutions the privacy and security of the network and individual computers;
Troubleshoot computer, network, and printing problems;
Coordinate outside support or services as necessary.
