Specifications include, but are not limited to: A highly skilled GIS professional. The selected candidate will develop and implement a comprehensive Property GIS application that will support the documentation and tracking of UTA’s real property activities. This functional work product will include multiple geospatial layers that A) are published for targeted consumption by the Real Estate Department, B) help to enhance or create agency-wide coordination, and C) are accompanied by professional training resources (e.g., quick start use guides, mini-manuals, brochures, short videos, or a combination thereof). Relevant layers shall include UTA-owned parcels, facilities, corridors, leased properties, and other useful right-of-way features. The contract priority is to map all current UTA-owned properties with a secondary focus on capturing and mapping historic records.
