The Housing Authority of Salt Lake City (“HASLC”) is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced financial advisors or consultants to provide tax credit / financial advisory services necessary for its operation. The successful proposer will proactively provide guidance and information, on an “as-needed” basis, regarding debt issuance, mixed financing, tax credit financing (e.g., LIHTC, historical, etc.), and other financial matters relating to affordable housing. The consultant will provide HASLC advice concerning existing and new low-income housing, affordable housingrelated services, and the operation and/or development of various projects within the HASLC’s portfolio. These projects may include new construction, renovation, rehabilitation, and other capital improvement projects in support of the mission of HASLC.
