Specifications include, but are not limited to:
1. Multiple Communication Platforms. Proposed solution must allow users to access the solution through multiple platforms as email, web, text, voice call, app notifications, web portal, mobile applications, mobile devices, laptops, desktop computers, etc.
2. Experience. Provider must have experience providing its proposed solution to K12 schools and districts, focusing on parent and school communication. Offeror is to demonstrate this experience by at least citing 1 school or school district that is currently using its proposed solution.
3. Hosted in the Continental United States. Proposed solution must be hosted within the continental United States.
4. System Support. Proposed solution shall provide system support for all system users (parents, students, district administrators, teachers, and principals).
