Music must be broadcast over a radio station and will preferably be synchronized with the lights. Concessionaire shall provide sufficient staff to respond to on-site maintenance and technical issues during display hours. Concessionaire may access the park to begin setting up light displays beginning October 1 annually unless an earlier access date is approved in writing by the Park Manager. Concessionaire shall ensure park day use visitors are able to access all public areas of the park without interference throughout set up and removal. Park day use visitors must also be able to access those same public areas until at least 5:00 p.m. every day during display operation. Concessionaire shall remove all light displays and any other materials from the Concession Service Area by February 28 each year. Final plans for displays shall be approved by the Park Manager prior to opening for the season. The Park Manager reserves the right to reject any displays or music Park Manager deems inappropriate.
