Description

Specifications include, but are not limited to: Hot Breakfast meal to include the following: Meat – 4 ounces (raw uncooked weight); USDA grade A eggs – 2 fresh or 3 when scrambled; Fresh fruit or fresh fruit salad (no apple or orange; Choice of cold cereal (substitute yogurt cup or cooked hot cereal – 6 oz; Bread – 1 to 1 ½ oz; Milk – ½ pint; French Toast, hotcakes, waffles, or pastry; Potato – 6 0z or equivalent starch; Jelly, jam, catsup, salsa and other condiments; Hot container breakfast – Hot container breakfasts are to be the same quality and quantity as the hot breakfasts served in camp. These meals shall be packed using State furnished containers.
