Specifications include, but are not limited to: Appraisal Report. DRM is seeking building valuation services in accordance with Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) to establish replacement costs on selected insured structures per an annual budget as determined by DRM. Offeror must agree to provide the following information to DRM with respect to each inspected structure (if awarded): DRM-provided building number Physical building replacement valuation and calculation COPE data and secondary characteristics using ISO and RMS classifications Calculation of each building’s area and perimeter Identification of the major construction components Record data of major service systems Wind and earthquake secondary characteristics Representative photographs of each facility GPS coordinates Any other data relied upon by the reinsurance markets Any other data requested by DRM The insurable replacement value of each building and the related construction, occupancy, protection and exposure data obtained during the inspection will be reported on an itemized basis. Offeror will be expected to inspect and appraise structures identified by DRM. Types of structures to be inspected and valued include, but are not limited to: office buildings, schools/colleges/universities, museums, hospitals, and correctional facilities. Some of these structures are of historical significance. The insured entities include state government, school districts, colleges/universities and charter schools and are scattered throughout the State of Utah with major concentrations along the Wasatch Front.
