Various state entities do not have the knowledge or expertise to independently conduct background investigation reports for their high volume of employment applicants. As a result, the state is seeking providers of pre-employment background checks for multiple state entity use. Offerors should be expect to accommodate high volume of background checks. A complete list of candidate vendor offerings includes, but is not limited to: 1. Social Locator (Name/Identity SSN): which may include verification of identity, current and previous residences, social security number, and citizenship. Please note that different institutions may order different social locator components or component configurations. 2. Country Criminal/Federal Criminal: Including convictions for each of the following: felonies, aggravated misdemeanors, driving while intoxicated (DWIs), for which the requested name check applies. Specify the source of criminal history information. For example, county courthouse records, statewide,multi-state, and/or federal databases, etc. 3. Sex Offender Registry: Sex Offender Registry, Violent Sex Offender Registry, Sexual Predator Registry, and/or similar registries, for each state of residence per applicable state law
