Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Rigging Manager will make contact and work with 3rd party production company weeks to months prior to load in to obtain plots, run load calculations and approve or disapprove. When plots do not conform to load limits, structural engineering, or facility policy, rigging manager will assist with the re-design of the production. Rigging manager will provide the facility event manager as to the status of rigging, and submit a final approved rigging plot with loads, prior to load in. 2. Ensure that all temporary point installations; wire rope attachments (bridles, deadhangs and any other means of attachment conform to the structural engineering standards of the facilities, O.S.H.A / ANSI standards, applicable state, municipal, and manufacturer specification. 3. Inspect all hanging and rigging hardware, and insure that all fasteners and gear are O.S.H.A. and/or A.N.S.I approved and in safe working condition.
