Specifications include, but are not limited to: Task 1 – Project Management The Consultant shall manage, administer, report, coordinate and integrate the work of Consultant’s team to deliver the project scope within budget and schedule. Task should include document management set-up and integration with the Department of Public Utilities document management protocols and construction management software (i.e. SharePoint). Task 1 shall assume bi-weekly design coordination meetings with SLCDPU staff. Task 2 – Public Engagement The Consultant shall employ and public engagement specialist. Public engagement specialist will develop a public engagement plan to be implemented for all phases of the Work. Public engagement plan shall include stakeholder engagement, flyer development and distribution, open house attendance, public meeting attendance, community council coordination, and business coordination.
