Roadway reconstruction consisting of rotomilling and pulverizing the existing pavement, and placing new asphalt pavement at 6800 West (9700 North to 10100 North), 10050 North (6800 West to 6690 West), 6050 West (1400 North AF to 9600 North), 10400 North (Alpine Highway to Mystic Drive), and Kaitlyn Circle; Bonded Matrix at 10050 North (Mountain View Drive to 6000 West), Mountain View Drive (10000 North to 10100 North), and 10400 North (5870 West to 5600 West); and High Density Mineral Bond at Aspen Hollow Circle, 9500 North (6800 West to 6640 West), and 6620 West (9200 North to 9600 North) in Highland City. Work includes valve and manhole reconstructions, and removal and replacement of curb and gutter at select locations shown on the plans.
